User Data Request

To request an export of your account data or to delete your account, open the
mobile app and go to Settings → Privacy. You can also email
privacy@example.com with your request and we will respond within the
timeframe required by your jurisdiction.

Export contains profile data, device list, settings, contacts metadata,
conversation metadata, encrypted message ciphertext records, encrypted media
metadata, call metadata, reports you submitted, and the audit/security records
related to you. Plaintext message bodies are not produced server-side; they
exist only on your devices.
